The Organization
KHSX Power 101.5 LPFM, L.L.C. is a Limited Liability corporation operating and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and exclusively a for-profit charitable, educational, community and economic awareness and development. The main focus is on Fostering and promoting community-wide interest and concern for the promotion and engagement of community and economic and social empowerment.
Vision Statement
Our Vision for KHSX Power 101.5 LPFM, L.L.C.is to serve as the community radio station and outreach for and to the general public we serve. Additionally, KHSX Power 101.5 LPFM, L.L.C. will create lines of communication with local non-profit organizations, religious organizations, local municipalities, county, state, and federal government agencies, and any other instrumentality of the United States Government or business to raise the awareness for empowerment and social engagement for local communities.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of KHSX Power 101.5 LPFM, L.L.C. and its partner is to be a catalyst, conduit, and a voice for social empowerment, community and economic development for local communities. Additionally, the organization will provide communication services and opportunities through educational workshops, seminars, symposiums, and social events for fundraising with strategic partners.
Major Goals for 2024

Establish partnership with agencies in Harris, Brazoria and Galveston state and national agencies e.g.; Houston-Galveston Area Council U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) Houston.
2.Establish procedures for selecting/implementing strategic partners to raise $500,000.00 through fundraising, sponsorships, radio personalities, grant writing, concert, and public event promotions, etc.
3.. Organize a community development business task force to research and make a prioritized list of five recommended fund raising ventures that will provide an immediate impact in Houston communities.
